not quite the level of friday night into saturday morning. wind gusts up to 40 miles per hour out west. 30 miles per hour for the rest of us. this is the warmth it's bringing. 60 in cumberland. it's been a battle, but up to 50 degrees right now in baltimore. that's about 8 degrees above where we were yesterday. where it's at 60, it's 20 degrees warmer. we did top out so far today at 52 degrees. you can see the average is 44. we're way above average. we're not going to hang onto this warm for very long. here's that massive storm. on the northern side there was a blizzard over the plains. for us, just some rain in between and that's now gone. sunshine return tomorrow and when it's down to our south it's going to form a new low. this is a very interesting set up. cold air will be in place and it will be over night starting wednesday continuing into the over night hours. we could see a winter mess around here. this is not a massive storm. for us a rain, snow, sleet mix is possible. that will start on wednesday and continue to the early morning ho
